How can I return a coulse product?
You can contact us in the form below.
Enter your name, Email adress, Order number and a short text wich article and why you want to return. If your product is damaged, add a picture of the damaged item.
We will contact you after that to talk about the details.
We can only answer requests in german or english.
Can I get a refund?
You will get a refund for the article you sent back but you will have to cover the shipping costs by yourself once the articles arrived at our station.
If you have visibly worn the items, we won’t refund your article or shipping costs. We will send you the article back.
